• I have been using eLong for the last 5 years in China and it has been my favorite company so far! elong company has made my life way easier for the past 5 years in China! Staffs speak very good English while talking to me on the phone, fast-speed transactions as well as fast-speed replies. Other than that, if there is any problems occurring, elong staffs would call me at instance and explain it to me clearly. They will try their best to solve the problems and even give me some options.
