10 RMB spent on room rate will earn 30 eLong points.
Every domestic ticket purchased will earn 900 points.
Every international ticket purchased will earn 2700 points.

VIP account holder:
10 RMB spent on room rate will earn 45 eLong points.
Every domestic ticket purchased will earn 1350 points.
Every international ticket purchased will earn 4050 points.

1. Is there a gift list?
Sorry we don't have the gift list in English. On our Chinese website, you can view the pictures of the gifts, and the red digits next to the pictures are points needed. To see the gift, please click this link:  http://www.elong.com/square/store_list.asp

2.I am interested in one gift, it seems good. How can I redeem it?
If there is one you want to claim, just send the link of your desired item and your address in Chinese to web@elong.net. Please note the gift can only be delivered to an address in mainland china.

3.Can I use eLong points to get a flight or hotel room?
Yes. When your points can cover the full price of a room or flight, you may also be able to redeem a domestic flight or hotel room by checking its availability 5 business days in advance. Again, send an email to web@elong.net.

Note: For a ticket with price of 800CNY, 80,000 points are needed.
